My wife is my greatest source of strength and perspective — reminding me to chase what truly matters. My lady luck, my charm and one who brings a smile to not just mine but everyone’s face just by walking into the room. 

My parents taught me everything, integrity, resilience, and the value of hard work — lessons I carry into everything I do. I’ve seen both my parents in the deepest of trenches and yet have a smile on their face. That smile had the resolve to get back up.

My brother, the one who grew up with me, taught me sharing, caring. Though younger, stood with me in some of the darkest periods when I couldn’t tell things to my parents. 

My brother-in-law, in-laws, and extended family — including my ever-wise grandparents and the unshakeable support of uncles and close friends — have been my constant circle of belief and encouragement.

Lastly my team, across all the organisations I’ve worked at, they’ve all taught me something.

They are the invisible force behind my professional journey, and the reason I strive to lead with both ambition and empathy.

Without them, I wouldn’t be who I am — and for that, I’m deeply grateful.
